MY ORDER

 

Placing an order

  1. You can browse our website for the items you like and click 'add to cart'.
  2. Once you're happy with all the items in your shopping cart, you can click on the 'checkout' button.
  3. You will be asked for your contact information, shipping address & payment details. This is used to calculate the price of your order including the cost of shipping.
  4. Once your payment has been processed, you'll receive an order confirmation via email.
  5. We will ship your package within 4-7 business days!

 

Checking my order status

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order can take 3-5 business days to be fulfilled.

A friendly reminder that holidays and or weekends do not count as business days. All packages are shipped through Australia Post.

If you did not receive an order confirmation after placing an order, contact us at islandaesthetica@gmail.com to verify your email address.

 

Tracking my order

Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on it as it makes its way to you.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. If the order was packaged on the weekend, it will be updated the next available business day!

 

Finding my order number

With every order we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check your spam/ junk folder, just incase.

 

How do I leave a review?

Just find your product on our site, scroll down and you will see an option to leave your review!

Do you customise products?

We currently do not take custom orders. 

 

Sold out items

Restock times vary! While there are many reasons, restock times are largely dependent on availability. You can sign up for email notifications underneath each sold out product to be the first to know when it would be restocked!

Do you have a physical store location I can visit?

We're a small family business and operate online only at the moment.

We have partnered up with Foodworld Island Groceries in Laverton, Melbourne, to offer local pick up at your convenience. Simply place your order through our website and opt for 'local pick up' on the checkout page. You will receive a notification once your order is ready to collect!

 

Can I stock Island Aesthetica products in my store?

We're so happy you asked! You can have a look at our bulk buy section to view our offers for bulk buy and wholesale orders, or feel free to get in touch with us via email (islandaesthetica@gmail.com).

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order - simply enter your address on the checkout page to find out!

  • Shipping options and price vary, enter your address and your shipping rates will be shown at checkout.

 

How is my package shipped?

We ship using Australia Post. 

Our delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected. 

Neither Island Aesthetica, nor Australia Post are responsible for lost packages if your shipping address is entered incorrectly. 

Island Aesthetica is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
